Welcome to the children's ministry at CFCF!

We are committed to providing a Biblical, fun and creative program for your child(ren). CFCF has a fully staffed Children's Church for babies through fifth grade on Sunday mornings. All of our volunteer workers have undergone training and are more than willing to answer any questions or concerns you may have. All volunteers wear name tags in order for you to easily locate them in the church.

CFCF Children's Church
CFCF's Children's Church is available for your children ages 0-5th grade.  Children's Church is split into four age groups.  Wee Worshipers, Toddlers, Preschool, and Kids for Christ.  Wee Worshipers and Toddler classes start at the beginning of the CFCF Sunday morning service at 10:30 a.m. Preschool and Kids for Christ begins after our time of corporate worship during the CFCF service. Kids meet up with teachers and are dismissed from the service All classes end as the Sunday service ends.  Parents are welcome to sign in their child(ren) and drop them off at the beginning of the service or anytime thereafter. Below is more information on the Children's Church classes:

Wee Worshipers (0-18 months)

Coordinators: Kendra Aguilar and Jennifer Gates

We are blessed to have the opportunity to spend time with and care for your precious little ones as you enjoy the worship service. We strive to provide a safe, clean & loving environment. Each week we have a designated point person in charge of our nursery who has been trained in all our safety procedures. Our nursery also has a sleeping babies room attached, and a place for mothers to nurse their babies. The Nursery is located in the right hallway as you enter the building. You will sign your baby in at the children’s table (located in front of the hallway to the right) and receive a pager in case your child needs you during the service.

Sunday School: Toddlers (18 months-3 years)

Coordinators: Victoria Landers and Catherine Marchionni

Much joy and laughter comes from this room as we share Jesus' love with your children through interactive Bible stories, games, songs, crafts, snacks and more! This classroom will be lead by a team of teachers and volunteers using tools and teachings from the “Hands On” Bible Curriculum. The Toddler classroom is located in the right hallway as you enter the building. You will sign your toddler in at our children’s table (located in front of the hallway to the right) and receive a pager in case your child needs you during the service.

Sunday School: Preschool (3-5 years)

Coordinators: Alyssa Howe and Marcy Lamonica

Preschoolers are an amazing bunch to teach about our great and awesome God!! The excitement is contagious in this class! We are overflowing with energy, fun and creative activities for your children. This class will be utilizing the "Rock Solid, Building a Heart of Faith" as its primary curriculum from Cokesbury. They will also supplement the classes by doing scripture teaching and memorization to nursery rhymes (one per month) and have visiting guests and testimonies from missionaries and church leadership. The Preschool classroom is located in the children’s wing, which is in the hallway to the right as you enter the building.

Kids for Christ (Kindergarten-5th grade)

Coordinators: Carolyn Marcus and Sarah Belliveau

In Kids for Christ, children are taught about our amazing God, but also encouraged to start and develop a life-long relationship with Jesus Christ. The curriculum we currently use is 252 Basics (www.252basics.com), which is based on the verse from Luke 2:52 - "And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature and in favor with God and men." The curriculum is very interactive and incredibly accommodating to this wide age range of children. Based on stories right from the Bible, the lessons focus on key virtues and are filled with skits, games, activities and fun!
